What We Bring to Your Case

Focused Practice Area

Our practice concentrates on pension entitlement matters, which means the team is familiar with the specific procedures and paperwork involved — not learning on your behalf.

Clear Written Records

Every stage is documented in writing and shared with you before action is taken. You will not find yourself surprised by a letter you did not know was being sent.

Unhurried Approach

Clients are welcome to ask questions and take time to consider their options. We do not press for quick decisions, and we do not use language intended to alarm.

Bangkok Chambers and Remote Sessions

Clients based outside Bangkok, or those who find travel difficult, are welcome to meet remotely. In-person appointments at Silom Road remain available.

Discretion and Confidentiality

All case information is held in accordance with professional obligations. We do not share client details with third parties without instruction.

Transparent Fixed Fees

Each service has a published fee in Thai Baht. Clients know the cost before the work begins. There are no hidden additions or retrospective charges.

Ready to Begin

Would you like someone to look at your pension position?

An initial consultation places no further obligation on you. We will review the documents, explain what we see, and leave the next step entirely to you.

Common Questions

Questions Clients Often Raise

How do I know whether my pension calculation may be incorrect?

Common signs include a calculation that does not account for all employment periods, figures that changed after a review without a clear written explanation, or an award letter that is unclear about how the amount was reached. The initial consultation is designed precisely for situations where a client is uncertain.

What documents should I bring to the first consultation?

The original pension award letter is the most useful starting point. Any subsequent revision notices, correspondence from the pension authority, and records of employment or contribution history are also helpful if you have them. If some documents are missing, we can discuss how to obtain them.

How long does a pension appeal typically take?

The timeline depends on the complexity of the case and the responsiveness of the relevant authority. A written correspondence matter may be concluded in a few months; a formal appeal to a tribunal can take longer. We will give you a realistic indication at the outset based on your particular circumstances.

Do I need to attend hearings in person?

Not necessarily. In many cases the matter can be conducted entirely in writing. Where a hearing is required, we will advise whether your attendance would assist and make appropriate arrangements. Clients are never sent to a hearing without preparation.

Are your fees fixed, or could they increase during the case?

The published fees cover each service as described. If the scope of work changes materially — for example, if a correspondence matter unexpectedly proceeds to a formal hearing — we will discuss any adjustment with you before incurring additional cost.

Can you assist clients who are not based in Bangkok?

Yes. Consultations and ongoing communication can be conducted by video call or telephone. Documents can be shared securely by email. Clients from Chiang Mai, Phuket, Pattaya, and other regions have worked with us without travelling to Bangkok.
